Stayed here for 1 week on business. Super friendly reception staff, very accommodating to changes. The room/apartment and beds are very comfortable, lovely quiet area guarantees good night's sleep. Bathroom with bath and shower well stocked with usual supplies. Breakfast (pay extra) with great variety and choice, mostly very great selection of continentals, e.g. Cheeses, eggs, breads, cold meats, fruit, cereals, fresh coffee and variety of teas. Hotel is barrier-free with lifts. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Nearest bus stop into the city is only 3 min on foot and takes about 20-35 minutes into the centre. Great location, great stay, any time again, thank you.

Really nice apartment. Quiet area. Plenty of free parking. Wi-Fi signal was weak but usable. Great shower! Bed was a bit soft for my taste. Kitchen had basic crockery, utensils etc but bring your own washing up stuff. Only annoyance was the piped music in the lobby...Why?? Fortunately you can't hear it in the apartments! Half an hour walk to s-bahn. Under 10 minutes' walk to a bus stop.

We stayed here for 3 days on a family holiday in Berlin Jun 2015. It is not centrally located, but we had a car so we could get around easily enough. There are shops and a supermarket a short walk away so there are conveniences nearby. Breakfast was very good. From what I can remember the concierge/check-in time is limited. It did help that my partner is from Berlin and speaks German. The hotel and room was large, modern, spacious and very clean. We were very impressed. I will say the corridors are long and it takes a little while for the automatic lights to come on so if I was travelling on my own and coming back at night I would be a little cautious. Fantastic place to get a typical Berlin neighborhood feel. Good Italian restaurant for outdoor dining nearby I think the name was Tomasa.

This is really good value for money hotel apartments. Placed in the middle of the Lichterfelde district, it's a little far from the city centre. But it's a great opportunity to see other parts of Berlin. Lichterfelde is a nice place and it's close to Steglitz where you'll find malls, shops and restaurants to cater for your every need. Only 10 minute drive away. The area has supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, but if you plan to take the U-bahn, you probably need to take a bus or park the car near a station. It's is a nice area - located in the middle of a residential area.. There is peace and quite and you don't hear much traffic noise. The rooms are nice and spacious, with big bathrooms. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a front desk with limited opening hours. If arriving after hours, there is a possibility to check in via a terminal which also issued your room card. We did have a bit of trouble with our cards. We stayed for 3 nights and every evening when we got home, the card didn't work. Not really that much fun with a tired toddler and hungry 10 y.o. But it was fixed without problems. If you plan to cook for yourself, it is possible but the kitchen is not well equipped :) Knvkes and forks, a few plates, one pot and one casserole and a microwave. Remember to bring whatever is needed to do the dishes ;) Still we were happy and would recommend it. Next time we come by car, we would definitely consider staying here again :)

Spacious, clean rooms, internet is working, reception is only available 4pm to 8pm. Free parking and supermarkets nearby, all in all a less than fancy but very convenient option 20 minutes from the center of Berlin.
